    Virtual postpartum care includes developing postpartum care plan, emotional support, providing evidence-based information and resources, assisting with breastfeeding support, helping with newborn care and sleep guidance, and fostering a strong connection through regular communication via video calls, messaging, and email.

  • BIRTH EDUCATOR

    As a Certified Birth Educator (CBE), you offer a range of services to expecting parents to help them prepare for childbirth and parenthood. Some of the services you may provide include:

    1. Childbirth education classes: You can offer group or private classes to educate expecting parents about pregnancy, labor, birth options, comfort measures, interventions, and newborn care.

    2. Prenatal education: You can provide information on topics such as prenatal nutrition, exercise, prenatal testing, and preparing for labor and birth.

    3. Birth plan assistance: You can help parents create a birth plan that outlines their preferences for labor, birth, and postpartum care.

    4. Comfort measures: You can teach parents techniques for managing pain and discomfort during labor, such as breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and positioning.

    5. Breastfeeding education: You can offer information and support on breastfeeding practices, proper latch, milk supply, and common breastfeeding challenges.

    6. Newborn care education: You can educate parents on topics such as infant feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, and infant sleep.

    7. Emotional support: You can provide emotional support and guidance to parents as they navigate the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood.
